Airmax Dynamite Stick
Ubiquiti Airmax gear has become essential equipment on film sets. The only problem is connecting the wireless radios with existing LAN equipment in a clean way. This adapter houses the Ubiquiti Outdoor POE Converter in a watertight shell and provides an Ethercon receptacle to interface with the rest of your pro lighting gear. The converter accepts regular POE from an enabled ethernet switch and converts to passive 24v POE for Airmax devices.

I suggest using a short Ethercon to RJ45 cable between the Dynamite Stick and your Ubiquiti device so you can disconnect quickly when needed. My favorite so far is this Pro Co DURACAT-3NB45 3' CAT6 EtherCon to RJ45 Cable available at Full Compass.
